2024 Alumni Leadership Awards

PEAK is celebrating 20 years in 2024 and with 20 years of developing leaders in Milwaukee, we are excited to announce our Alumni Leadership Awards. The PEAK Alumni Leadership Awards recognize outstanding alumni, both staff and participant, who are fulfilling PEAK’s vision by positively shaping their communities with poise, persistence, confidence, and character.

We are excited to launch our annual Leadership Awards and celebrate alumni who are shining leaders within their communities. We encourage you to nominate yourself or a fellow PEAK/LVC alum for this recognition.

Award Categories

  • Community Is Better When Everyone Contributes Award (Distinguished Leader): Honoring alums who have exemplified extraordinary leadership, mentorship, innovation, and impact in their post PEAK/LVC endeavors. This award recognizes alum who not only embrace PEAK’s Four Beliefs, but also translated them into tangible achievements and positive change within their chosen fields.

  • Power to Change Their World Award (Emerging Leader): Honoring recent program and staff alum who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their personal growth and leadership journey. This award acknowledges past accomplishments but also serves as a catalyst for the recipient's ongoing leadership journey, inspiring them to reach greater heights in their quest for positive change and influential leadership within their communities.

Nominations for PEAK/LVC Alumni Leadership Awards can be submitted by program participants, staff, alumni, or community members. The selection committee will carefully review each nomination to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation. The PEAK/LVC Leadership Awards celebrate the ongoing success of our staff and program graduates and highlights their significant contributions to their communities. We invite you to nominate deserving individuals who embody PEAK’s Four Beliefs and continue to make positive impact in Milwaukee, and beyond.

Award Presentation

The Distinguished and Emerging Alumni Leadership Awards will be presented at the Annual LT (Leaders-in-Training) Senior Commencement in April. Recipients will be recognized for their contributions to their communities and invited to share insights from their leadership journey to the incoming cohort of PEAK/LVC alumni.
